The one constant for the Miami HEAT in their series against the Indiana Pacers was the pick-and-roll and the space it afforded Dwyane Wade and LeBron James when attacking Roy Hibbert. The NBA announced on May 24 that Miami HEAT forward LeBron James has been named to the 2011-12 All-NBA First Team and HEAT guard Dwyane Wade has been named to the 2011-12 All-NBA Third Team.
